Change your Notification Preferences

Case IQ users can manage their notification preferences to control which messages they will receive or suppress as notifications are triggered through case investigation workflow and system events.

Locked Notifications

Some profile notifications have been locked by your System Administrator and cannot be edited.

Notification preferences can be managed on the Profile Notifications page using the following steps:

  1. In the Settings menu, click the "Profile" option.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Review the list of editable notifications preferences for record events and actions. Check the notification box to receive these messages or uncheck it to stop receiving them. Your preferences are automatically saved after clicking a checkbox.
