Change your Notification Preferences
Case IQ will notify you in-application and via email to let you know when something happens in your application. For example, you will be notified if your case is reassigned. You can control which notifications you receive from Case IQ on the Notifications page.
To edit your notification preferences:
1. Navigate to the Notifications page by clicking the Profile (
) icon in the topbar, then selecting "Notifications" in the dropdown menu.

2. Click the "Settings" tab on the Notifications page.

3. You will now see all the notification types Case IQ can send to you.
- Check the box beside a notification type to receive it the next time that action occurs. For example, if you check "Email attached to case has been replied to", you will receive a notification the next time someone replies to an email that you sent from Case IQ.
- Uncheck the box to stop receiving this type of notification.
Your preferences are automatically saved when you click a checkbox. You will not be able to toggle notifications that have been locked by your system administrator.
