Files Overview

When you add a file in Case IQ to a case, to-do, or note, the file becomes a child record of a case. File records are always associated with a case number in the application. However, any files uploaded to the following record types will not show up in the Files page: emails, profiles, and parties. Documents uploaded to the Library will also not be available in the Files page (read Library for more details).
