Case IQ Home View

You will see your Home view when you first log in to Case IQ, which summarizes any current tasks to complete in the application. The Home view shows your pending to-dos, upcoming appointments, and cases on your watchlist. Each section shows up to 5 records at a time.

You can quickly navigate to upcoming to-dos or appointments from the “My Pending To-Dos” and “My Appointments” sections (see To-Dos Overview and Appointments Overview for details on these record types).

  1. Click a to-do or appointment to load a preview of the to-do or appointment record in a pop-up. 
  2. Select the View All button to load the To-Dos grid or Calendar page.
  3. Use the new tab icon () in a to-do or appointment record row to load the to-do’s or appointment's page in a new browser tab.

The “Watchlist” section (previously called "Bookmarks") contains all cases on your watchlist. You can add cases to your watchlist by clicking the star () icon on the Cases grid or a case's page. Click a row in this grid to load the case’s page (see A Case's Page).
