Export all Case IQ Grid Data

On the Data Export page, you can export the data from any grid in the application. You can export data on the record grid page itself, but if a System Administrator needs to download the data from more than one grid, they can export multiple grids more quickly from the Data Export page. A record of all data exports will be available in the Integration Log (see Integration Log).

Click the checkboxes for the entity grid data that you want to download. Then click the Export button above the grid.

The files will be downloaded as CSVs in a ZIP folder. On Windows Operating Systems, you will need to extract the files from the ZIP folder before you can access the data. Right click the folder to see the “Extract All” option.

Exporting File Data

If you export "Files" from the Data Export page, the CSV file will contain the system information of all file records in the application, such as the case and file number and the user that added the file. The export CSV file will not include the file attachment contained in each file record. You can download a file record's attached document from a file's page and the Files Grid (see A File's Page: Download a File).
