Mark a Case as Confidential

Setting a case as “confidential” means that the case record can only be viewed by users who have permissions to access confidential cases. To set a case as confidential:

  1. On a case's page, click the page menu.
  2. Click the “Mark Confidential” option.
  3. The “Confidential” flag will appear beside the case number.

To unmark the case as confidential and remove the flag, select the “Unmark Confidential” option in the page menu.
