Set up a Twilio Integration

If your business has a Twilio account, you can connect your Twilio account with Case IQ, so that the system can send your users SMS notifications. Connect your Twilio account from the Options page. See Options for details on how to change option values and follow the steps below to integrate your Twilio account.

  1. On the Options page, set “twilioEnabled” to “Yes”. 
  2. Check your parameters on www.twilio.com/console. This page will contain the values to enter in the following fields on the Case IQ Options page:
    1. twilioAccountSid.
    2. twilioAuthToken.
    3. twilioPhoneNumber.
  3. Click the Save button on the Case IQ Options page to complete setting up your Twilio integration.
