Forms Overview
Case IQ uses "form" to refer to any child record type that has been customized for your application to capture additional case details. Your application may contain multiple forms to collect different information or for use in specific types of cases. As your System Administrator configures the form layouts in your application, our knowledge base articles on custom forms show sample form types to demonstrate how to access, add, edit, and delete form records. There may be additional form functionality in your application.
