How can we help?

System Overview

From the System tab, you can manage key aspects of the application and administrate integrations with other functions. It contains the following pages:

  • Communications:
    • Email Rules: create Email Rules and troubleshoot email rules issues on the Incoming Mail page.
    • System Notifications: review all notifications sent to users by the application and update the notification messages.
    • Unassigned Incoming Mail: see Email Rules.
  • Data Management:
    • Configuration Export & Import: copy application configurations between environments or back up application configurations.
    • Data Dictionary: download a list of configurations and settings for your application's fields and forms. 
    • Data Export: download all record data in the application.
    • Data Transfer Manager: import data from another system into your Case IQ application.
    • Purge Records: permanently delete record data, schedule record purges, and cancel purges.
  • Monitoring:
    • Cancelled Cases: review and restore cancelled cases.
    • Job Log: monitor system data transfer status (previously called the “integration log”).
    • Usage Dashboard: monitor active and inactive users and data storage usage for your application.
  • Portal:
    • Dialing Instructions: add, edit, and delete dialing instructions for portal hotlines.
    • Portal Banners: configure a rotating carousel of images and text to ensure your external portal aligns with your organization's branding. 
  • System:
    • About: contains basic information about your application, including (1) the current version of the Case IQ platform, (2) the current configuration version of your application, and (3) your customer code to identify your application.
    • Languages: manage the language options available for your application.
    • Options: review and manage your application's options for system settings.
    • Themes: add, edit, and delete themes, or color designs for the application.
