System Overview
From the System tab, you can manage key aspects of the application and administrate integrations with other functions. It contains the following pages:
- About: contains basic information about your application, including (1) the current version of the Case IQ platform, (2) the current configuration version of your application, and (3) your customer code to identify your application.
- Cancelled Cases: review and restore cancelled cases.
- Configuration Export & Import: copy application configurations between environments or back up application configurations.
- Data Export: download all record data in the application.
- Dialing Instructions: add, edit, and delete dialing instructions for portal hotlines.
- Email Rules: create Email Rules and troubleshoot email rules issues on the Incoming Mail page.
- Incoming Mail: see Email Rules.
- Integration Log: monitor system data transfer status.
- Options: review and manage your application's options for system settings.
- Purge Records: permanently delete record data, schedule record purges, and cancel purges.
- Statistics: review case link statistics.
- System Notifications: review all notifications sent to users by the application and update the notification messages.
- Themes: add, edit, and delete themes, or color designs for the application.
- Usage Dashboard: monitor active and inactive users and data storage usage for your application.
