Change your Password

You can change your password any time from the Settings menu, using the following steps: 

  1. Click Change Password in the Settings menu.
  2. On the Change Password page, enter your existing password into the “Enter Your Old Password” text box. If this is the first time you have logged into Case IQ, use the temporary password sent via email (see Log in to Case IQ for details). If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset your password: Reset Password.
  3. Type in a new password into the “Enter Your New Password” text box. Follow the validation rules displayed below the text box when creating your new password.
  4. Type your new password in the “Confirm Your New Password” text box. If you accidentally type it in incorrectly, a warning below the text box will be displayed.
  5. Click the Change Password button to create your new password.

Users must change their password every 90 days. Case IQ will send an email notification to change their password 5 days before it will expire and display a message on the Homepage.
