Emails Overview
You can compose, attach files to, and send emails in Case IQ. Case IQ emails are a child record of a case and are always associated with a case number in the application. Whether you are sending messages to another Case IQ user or externally, Case IQ’s email functionality can be used to communicate particular details of a case (see Send an Email in Case IQ). All responses to emails sent from Case IQ are stored in the application as well (see Email Thread Page).

Delete Email Records?
You cannot delete email records in the Case IQ application for data integrity purposes. Emails will be accessible to any user with the appropriate permissions unless the parent case is cancelled.
