View the Job Log
The Job Log page (previously called the “integration log”) records the status of all integrations, or activities involving the transfer or update of a significant amount of Case IQ data. You can use the job log to monitor successful and failed system configuration exports, data purges, and data imports. Navigate to the Job Log page by selecting the “Job Log” option on the System tab.
The status of the following events can be reviewed on the job log:
- Calculate Usage Statistics
- Configuration Export
- Configuration Import
- Data Export
- Data Import
- Database Migration
- Grid Export
- HR Integration
- Purge
- Registration Import
- Schedule for Purge
