Data Overview
In the Data tab, System Administrators can manage data elements in the application, such as standard template records that General Users can use to quickly create records in the application.
The Data tab contains the following pages:
- Translations: manage the system names for fields in your application.
- Templates: upload, edit, and delete templates for document generation.
- Packets: create, edit, and delete packet options for PDF document generation.
- Holiday Calendar: view, add, edit, and delete holidays to be excluded in "business days" calculations.
- Library: add and delete files in the library, or the application's central document repository.
- Standard Responses: create, edit, and delete response templates for appointments and email content.
- Flags: add, edit, and delete custom flags to organize cases.
