How can we help?

Start, Rename, or Delete a Chat with Clairia

Clairia, Case IQ's Artificial Intelligence Assistant, can help you review and synthesize case details, so you can focus on investigating cases. You can ask Clairia to retrieve information about a case, summarize the proceedings so far, check your interview notes for bias, or even confirm the next steps in your organization's case management process.

To chat with Clairia, click the Magic Wand () button on a case's or record's page. Type a question or instructions in the Clairia sidebar, then click the Send button or hit Enter on your keyboard. Clairia will automatically save your chat, so you can refer to the conversation later. Chats will be named "Untitled Conversation" by default, but you can rename it in your chat history (see the Rename a Chat section for steps).

Delete

Single Case for Clairia Responses

Case IQ will be expanding Clairia's capabilities as we continue to enhance our AI functionality. In the current version, Clairia can only refer to the case you are currently viewing to answer your questions or respond to your prompts. It cannot refer to or summarize data from multiple cases yet. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive if you are interested in learning more about our AI roadmap.

Start a New Chat

You can start a new chat to keep conversations separate, which is especially helpful when you need to find a specific chat later. To start a new chat:

  1. In the Clairia sidebar, click the Menu () button.
  2. Click Start a New Chat
  3. Clairia will load a new chat, so you can enter another prompt or question.

To refer to your previous chats:

  1. In the Clairia sidebar, click the the Menu () button.
  2. Click View Recent Chats
  3. Clairia will load a list of your previous chats. Select a chat to see the full conversation.

Rename a Chat

You can give names to your chats, so you can easily find them later. To name a chat: 

  1. In the Clairia sidebar, click the the Menu () button.
  2. Click View Recent Chats
  3. Clairia will load a list of your previous chats. Click the Options ( ) button beside the chat you want to rename, then click Rename
  4. Enter a new name for the chat (3 to 80 characters), then click the Save button. 

Delete a Chat

To delete a chat you no longer need:

  1. In the Clairia sidebar, click the Menu () button.
  2. Click View Recent Chats
  3. Clairia will load a list of your previous chats. Click the Options () button beside the chat you want to delete, then click Delete.
  4. Click Delete in the "Delete chat" pop-up.

When you delete a chat, you will not be able to recover any record of the chat later.
