Export all Case IQ Grid Data

Administrators can export all data in your application's grid from the Data Export page. This is ideal if you need to download the data from multiple grids at once. For example, you could download the data for all cases, parties, and notes in your application from the Data Export page. Case IQ will track when application data has been exported from the Data Export page on the Job Log (see View the Job Log).

To export grid data:

1. Navigate to Data Export page under Settings > System > Data Management.

2. On the Data Export page, click the checkbox beside each record you want to download. 

3. Click the Export button in the grid header.

4. In the "Data export" pop-up, click "Confirm".

5. Choose where to save the files on your device. Then, click Save

6. The files will be downloaded as CSVs in a ZIP folder. If you are using a Windows OS, you must extract the files from the ZIP folder before you can access the data. Right click the folder, then click “Extract All”.

Exporting File Data

If you export "Files" from the Data Export page, the CSV file will not include the attachment contained in each file record. You can download the attachments from the Files Grid (see Files Grid Page).
