Where do I set up MFA?
You can set up MFA after entering your username and password in your Case IQ application's Sign In page. You will not see the option to set up MFA if:
- Single Sign On (SSO) has been set up for your account. Click the “Login with the identity provider” link on the Case IQ Sign In page to access the application.
- MFA has not been turned on for your application.
If you skipped setting up MFA when you logged in, you can register from your user profile:
1. Click the Profile (
) icon in the topbar. Then, select "Profile" in the dropdown menu.

2. Click the "Security" tab on your profile page.

3. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, click the Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication button.

4. You will now see a QR code to set up MFA for your Case IQ account. Follow the steps in Set Up MFA for Your Account to finish registering for MFA.
How do I sign in with a backup code?
If you set up MFA for your account but you cannot access your mobile device or authenticator app, you can still log in to Case IQ.
Sign in with your username and password. On the Verification Required page, click the Use a backup code link.

Locate your backup codes. Copy one of your backup codes and paste it into the text box in Case IQ. Then, click Verify. You will now be logged in to Case IQ. You cannot use this code to log in again.
