Generate Case Content Using Playbook Fields

Get started using Clairia quickly with Playbook fields. A Playbook is a set of instructions, context, and knowledge for Clairia, Case IQ's AI assistant. With a Playbook field, you can launch a Playbook in Clairia with one click to generate a case summary, investigation timeline, and more. Then, you can insert the generated content in the case field. Clairia will review the case's details, overview, history, and records to generate relevant content, so you can focus on analyzing case findings, rather than writing proceedings. Playbook fields are configured by your System Administrator based on your organization's needs. Administrators can refer to Customize Playbooks for Clairia for instructions on configuring Playbooks and Add a Playbook Field to the Case Form to set up Playbook fields.

You will see a magic wand icon () beside Playbook fields. You must have "Use Playbooks" permissions to see Playbook fields on your cases.

To use a Playbook field:

1. On a case's page, click the Edit Case button.

2. Click the Generate button under the Playbook field.

3. The Clairia sidebar will be opened, where it will generate content using the Playbook. You can insert all the text into the Playbook field by clicking the  icon at the end of Clairia's response.

4. Review and edit the text in the Playbook field.

5. When you are done editing the text, click the Save button on the case's page.

6. The "Certify content" pop-up will be displayed, where you must certify that you reviewed the AI-generated content. After checking the certification box, click the Continue button.

7. The generated content will now be saved to the case.
